During my stay at the hotel, I was truly impressed by the breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and the overall ambiance of the place. The rooms were modern and clean, providing a comfort that made my stay pleasant. However, the experience was slightly marred by the reception staff, who didn't seem as welcoming at times. I thoroughly enjoyed the meals, especially the evening tasting menu, but believe there could be more variety in the breakfast options offered.

We enjoyed the spa facilities which provided a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking.
